SEAHall is a modern multi-family residential development in Gdańsk. The ventilation concept for the residential units is based on a decentralized mechanical extract ventilation system using MAICO residential ventilation fans.
The apartments are equipped with MAICO ER EC exhaust fans. The fans are installed in ER-UPB concealed mounting housings with integrated fire-protection functionality, designed for installation within the building structure.
The ER EC fans are equipped with electronically commutated (EC) motors, enabling efficient fan operation and precise control of the required extract airflow.
The system is designed for continuous or demand-related extract ventilation, depending on the specific configuration of the installation.
The ER-UPB housing forms the installation and fire-protection component of the system.
It allows the ventilation fan to be integrated into the wall or ceiling construction, while maintaining the required fire-protection characteristics of the ventilation installation.
The solution combines the ventilation fan, concealed housing and fire-protection components into a coordinated system for extracting air from residential areas such as bathrooms, toilets and kitchens.
The SEAHall project is an example of the application of decentralized MAICO ventilation technology in multi-family residential construction, with the system designed to meet the technical requirements of the building while integrating the ventilation equipment into the architectural structure.
